Marco Candolo

Marco has over 25 years of experience in engineering, technology, and product development for the healthcare sector. His career is marked by a strong focus on innovation, technical excellence, and the creation of solutions that positively impact the medical and dental markets.

For over 18 years, he has been part of the Alliage team, playing a key role in structuring and advancing the Research and Development department. Since 2022, he has served as R&D Director, leading Alliage’s innovation and product development agenda with a strategic vision aligned with the business and focused on results.

Graduating with honors from the University of São Paulo (USP), Marco holds degrees in Medical Physics and Mechanical Engineering with emphases in Electronic Computing and Mechatronics. He also completed an MBA in Business Administration at the same institution, combining a solid engineering background with strategic business insight and deep technical knowledge in the healthcare industry.

Born in Ribeirão Preto, he has been married to Karina for 12 years and is the proud father of Julia and Vanessa. Outside of work, he deeply values family time, which he sees as essential for maintaining balance and clarity in daily life. He enjoys cinema—not only for its blend of creativity and technique but also for its ability to inspire and provoke reflection. From time to time, he reconnects with a childhood hobby: building LEGO sets—now alongside his daughters. More than just a pastime, this activity represents the starting point of his passion for engineering and problem-solving.
