Marcelo Mucci

With more than 30 years of experience in the financial area, Marcelo has built a solid career focused on value creation and results delivery. His professional background spans strategic areas such as financial planning and management, operational optimization and efficiency, process automation, definition and monitoring of KPIs to support decision-making, maximization of ERP usage, risk management, development of investment projects, M&A, market relations, and support for innovation initiatives.

His professional purpose is to develop people, contributing to their personal and professional growth, while ensuring that companies remain fully compliant with regulatory bodies across fiscal, social, and corporate governance matters.

Since 2021, he has served as Chief Financial Officer at Alliage, leading the finance, controlling, and accounting areas with an integrated and strategic approach. His work is guided by strong governance, operational efficiency, and financial sustainability, directly contributing to the company’s structured and sustainable growth.

Marcelo holds a degree in Accounting and Controllership from Centro Universitário Moura Lacerda. He also holds two MBAs—one in Controllership and one in Business Administration—both from Fundace/USP, which complement his solid technical background with a strategic management perspective.

Born in Sertãozinho, he has been married to Adriana for 30 years and is the father of Lígia and Bernardo. He enjoys outdoor physical activities, watching sports, TV series, and movies, as well as traveling to explore new cultures and destinations. He has participated in several volunteer projects and currently serves as a board member of two nonprofit foundations that support children and adolescents in vulnerable situations.
