Lange Velludo

Lange has been building a career of over 20 years in the People area, always guided by the purpose of transforming realities and expanding the potential of individuals and organizations. Throughout her journey, she has gained solid experience in strategic areas such as Business Partnering, Employer Branding and Experience, Diversity and Inclusion, Agile and Digital Transformation, Mergers and Acquisitions Integration, Talent Development, Workforce Planning, Learning, Performance Management, Career Development, and Compensation.

Her purpose is clear: to empower people and organizations to reach their full potential. She believes that transformation and innovation are enhanced when engaged multicultural leaders and teams—immersed in a strong culture and connected by a shared purpose—work together to exceed results and generate value.

Since 2023, she has been serving as People & Management Director at Alliage, leading the People function with a strategic and human-centered approach. Her focus is on strengthening the organizational culture and ensuring that results are achieved sustainably, through an integrated approach aligned with the company’s purpose.

She holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Moura Lacerda, an MBA from USP/Fundace, and additional training in Accounting from Insper—always seeking to broaden her knowledge and connect learning with practice.

Born in Ribeirão Preto, she is a Christian, has been married to Gustavo for over 25 years, and is a proud mother of Isadora, Sara, and Catarina. She sees her family as her foundation and daily source of inspiration. She maintains a healthy lifestyle focused on physical and mental well-being and has previously participated in volunteer projects. She continues to nurture the desire to one day join a missionary expedition.
