With over 20 years of leadership experience in the equipment and B2B industries, Denis has built his career with a focus on marketing strategy, sales and portfolio management, and distribution channel development—always aiming to deliver value-driven solutions.
His background is further enriched by experience in Operations, where he worked with S&OP tools and led projects to boost efficiency, improve process quality, define industrial strategies, drive restructuring efforts, and implement agile methodologies. In addition, Denis has been dedicated to developing strategies centered on customer experience, connecting innovation, efficiency, and value generation to business outcomes.
Since 2022, Denis has served as VP of Global Sales and Marketing at Alliage, bringing a strategic approach guided by quality, innovation, customer experience, and business sustainability. He brings an integrated business perspective, having previously held the role of Operations Director at the company.
Denis holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Mechatronic Hardware from the University of São Paulo (USP). He also earned an MBA in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and completed an executive course in Global Business at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Born in Ribeirão Preto/SP, Denis has been married to Fabiana for 13 years and is the proud father of Lorenzo. He values time with family and enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures, reading, and practicing sports.
