Caetano Biagi

With over 20 years of experience in the Medical Devices sector, Caetano has built a solid career marked by innovation, operational excellence, quality, and international expansion. Caetano is the CEO of Alliage and leads the company’s global team with the mission of expanding access to healthcare worldwide. Over more than two decades at the company, he has held roles in Operations, R&D, Commercial, and Finance, leading major initiatives in mergers and acquisitions, portfolio diversification, internationalization, and organizational development.

A mechanical engineer from the University of São Paulo (USP), he completed the OPM (Owner President Management) program at Harvard Business School. He is a member of YPO, a global community of leaders committed to positively transforming business, people, and the world.

Born in Ribeirão Preto, he has four siblings, has been married to Mariana for 19 years, and is the father of Maria Luisa and Maria Eugênia. A sports enthusiast, he is a cyclist, marathon runner, and Ironman finisher. In addition to his professional career, he is actively involved in social causes, serving as a member of Instituto 2030 in Ribeirão Preto and as a board director at Fundação Rarev.
