Aguinaldo Duarte

With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Aguinaldo has a solid track record in leading projects to increase production capacity, optimize processes and resources, and improve quality. He also has international experience, having worked in multinational companies focused on product launches and production projects, always prioritizing efficiency, innovation, and quality.

Since 2024, he has served as Operations Director at Alliage, focusing on continuous improvement initiatives, capacity expansion, process and resource optimization, and quality enhancement.

Aguinaldo holds a degree in Engineering from Universidade São Francisco and an MBA in Strategic Business Management. He also has expertise in methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing (TPS and BSHPS), ISO 9000, and Six Sigma.

Born in Monte Mor, he has been married to Vanessa for 15 years and is the proud father of Miguel and Thomas. Aguinaldo enjoys expanding his knowledge through documentaries and traveling with his family to explore new places, cultures, and experiences. He also loves biking with his sons to strengthen family bonds and promote an active lifestyle.
